Dr. Timothy L. Keenen is a board certified fellowship trained orthopaedic spine surgeon treating neck and low back conditions. As a highly experienced surgeon, Dr Keenen performs minimally invasive spine procedures, motion preservation surgeries (cervical and lumbar artificial discs), micro discectomy, cervical fusion, and lumbar fusion. He has specific skill in the minimally invasive surgical treatment of L5 S1 spondylolisthesis (isthmic / pars defect / slip). After 8 years on faculty at OHSU, and performing thousands of simple to highly complex spine surgeries, he relocated his private practice toTualatin. To provide the finest care for patients, as the Medical Director, Dr. Keenen implemented the Spine Center at Meridian Park Medical Center. They are proud to be the first Oregon JCAH certified Spine Center, which is recognition of excellence.
